2. Product Information & Handmade Variations

Our pottery is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade products.

Product images are provided for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual items due to handmade variations, lighting, photography, and screen settings.

3. Orders, Prices & Payments

Orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. Prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Tafranna reserves the right to correct pricing, product description, availability, or other errors and, where necessary, to cancel an order affected by such an error.

Applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other local charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are included in the applicable shipping arrangement.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Refunds are limited to eligible lost or damaged products reported within 7 days of delivery, as explained in our Refund & Return Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable shipping and refund terms.
